Blackburn want Wolves’ England Under-21 winger Adam Hammill on loan.

Wolves may allow Hammill, bought from Barnsley a year ago, to go out on loan in January with a view to a permanent deal in the summer.

But Kean will also face competition from Scottish giants Rangers and Championship leaders Southampton.

Mick would be foolish to loan him to a relegation rival.

    Please take note Jacob

Hammil would have benifitted from another 12/18 months with us, he left far too early, if he had stopped and continued improving at this level he would have got a move to a better side and would have played alongside better players and probably carried on improving. Please don't make the same mistake, it's up to you NOT your agent.

Scottish giants... Fecking unbelievable. Why the hell would he even consider a pub league? He wouldn't, not when there would be teams in the premier and championship that would have him. More lazy journalism and boll0cks from tossp0t agents. Scottish giants, he'd be better off with Jossies giants.

you cannot blame him for leaving tarn:-

A massive rise in wages....nobody lives forever so you take what you can get....he can always drop back a level again cos they won't take the money he has been paid back!! Everyone would take another job if they trebled ure wages for doing the same thing....same wi King danny when he left tarn too.

The same theory also applies wi Buttercup n all....he might be nowhere near as good as he thinks he is but if the big wonga is on offer....why wouldn't he?.... it's not as if he is a tarn lad or owt.

There is very little loyalty in footy...it's all about the dosh.

    hope this helps

Aye, having the chance to play in Europe, week in, week out in the Prem (albeit a bottom club) or the Championship's best side really proves he f.cked up leaving us when he did.

Would love it if we pushed the boat out and tried to do a deal to get him on loan and pay part of his wages. He would love it back at the well under HillCroft.

Havin to live in wolves, I can def say the wolves fans love him. Whenever he gets a chance he impresses, but macca does not seem to like him. He would be a star in scotland and would be well suited to somewhere on the up like Southampton. Good luck to him he did well for us. We are never gonna keep players of his quality for a long period of time.

Absolutely spot on, but he's probably driving a top of the range BMW and got a bird that wouldn't look at him twice if he was on a building site, not being stereotypical or anything...

They should have bought him and loaned him back to us for a season to continue his development.
