SWFC home
Plymouth away
Watford home.

Don't see them picking much up there...

I reckon they'll get 4-6 points, which'll get them 52-54.

Gonna be close - just done the predictor which has Coventry finishing 22nd, Southampton 21st. Us in 17th - I gave us 2 wins and 2 draws at home, and 0 points away from home. In reality, I think we will pick up something away from home somewhere - we really are due.

I think we will get 6 points from home and possibly a couple away..preston looking the likeliest source.

The only home game I'm confident we should win is Charlton as they will probably have nothing to play for. Can't honestly see us getting more than a point out of the Blunts or Hull and Leicester are another bogey side. That leaves us needing an away win from somewhere which is what worries me.
It may come down to the last game at Cardiff who will either be preparing for a cup final and not be particularly fired up or they'll be hellbent on revenge?
It'd be nice to win the next 2 before the semi so we can all relax but I don't see that happening unfortunately.

I can see us getting something at Burnley, not so confident about Preston. But having lost only 2 games at home all season, I don't see us struggling to pick up 2 more wins at Oakwell, and I think 6 points'll be enough.

I don't think we'll need more than 50 points. Bold prediction, but I don't see Southampton AND Coventry reaching 50, bearing in mind that they play each other and would only have 6 other games to get the points, and some of them are tough.

Amazing isn't it?

We picked up 30 points from our first 20 games. Then, since the beginning of December, we've only won 3 games in the league & picked up 16 points from our last 18 games & are now looking over our shoulders.

I don't see it as unrealistic to pick up 6 points at home from 4 games.

It's not unrealistic

Far from it. Doesn't mean it will happen though.

We'll be okay

If Davey stops pissing about and sticks to 4-4-2. We went to Liverpool with that formation yet go to Palace with some bizarre Van_homoet midfield concoction. Madness.

We're playing 5-1-4 on Saturday.

Christensen back in the side for Togwell!

Unbelievable really

Last Setdi we played 4-4-2 and beat one of the best teams in the world. On Tuesday we played 4-4-2 and scored 4 goals for the first time in yonks. So after hitting the best form we've had all season does Davey continue with the same formation? Does he ballacks. He tries something we've never played before with 5 defenders and 3 strikers. Absolutely bananas.

RE: Unbelievable really

Why managers feel they have to try and be tactical genii when they aren't is beyond me.

What makes me laugh is that we are incapable of changing a game to either turn a losing game round or tosee a game out when weare leading. However, we can go into a difficult away fixture with some formation drawn out of a tombola.

Couldn't believe it when I saw the team

Stan and Kayode up front and no wingers. Sumdi deserves a slap.

Both Sheff Wed and QPR made their games against us narrow - for some reason we allowed that. We only ever create when we have width to the side, either banging crosses in of stretching the game and allowing Howard freedom. A packed midfield/narrow game and we're knackered.
