Let's blame the Frenchman, the Chinaman, and the American for this, eh?

After all, they've systematically not renewed contracts and picked one of our best squads (ever) apart for the last 18 months...

Some right xenophobic cnuts on here.

No, you're right, but you can't absolve them of blame considering two major decisions gone wrong since they've taken over:

A - whether & what to invest in
B - who to replace Hecky

Ridiculous to blame new owners. The seeds of what happened today were sown January 2017.

The current owners have had one shot at appointing a manager. The current regime has had one transfer window to shape a team (well, not really, as they only had a few days in reality).

The previous regime ****** up multiple transfer windows, and made some royally ***** managerial appointments (despite having had the benefit and learning opportunities of multiple previous **** ups).

The pitchforks and lanterns have been out from day one towards our foreign owners and coach. It's ******* embarrassing and bears testament to stereotypes attached to our town.

And they got both wrong. The point being regardless of nationality if a group of wealthy Barnsley businessmen came in & (seemingly) didn't invest at a time where it was needed & appointed an obviously barmy candidate in their first managerial decision then they'd be getting stick.

They're not entirely to blame, far from it, previous board very much so too but to claim people are giving them stick purely because they're foreign doesn't feel right.

I would say though that there should be health scepticism about what a multi national consortium wants with our club, mind. That's not xenophobic but sensible innit?

"Obviously barmy"? Like Keith Hill? Most mental, barmy appointment, ever?

Skepticism is correct, and encouraged (to a degree). However, I'm convinced a billionaire from China, hasn't bought BFC to build a **** ton of new-build houses on the Queens Ground.

Give them a couple of years, eh lads?

But, I still stand by my Xenophobic stance. In fact, bordering on racism, considering our owner and former coach's ethnicities.

    Grow up, Barnsley.

Regardless of skin colour, nationality etc Morais was clearly
a barmier appointment than Keith Hill.

Oh give it a rest you grandstanding, self-righteous lovely person. Nothing to do with xenophobia, it’s all to do with that they ****** up in the January window and then ****** up again with the garbage manager they allowed Ganaye to bring in.

You sound like a hard left remain voter you utter splash fart and if you don’t like fans voicing their opinions, kindly piss off away from the club. **** all to do with xenophobia.

If you were looking for a manager from the lower leagues, untainted by failure and with a record of outstanding success on a low budget Keith Hill was the stand out candidate when we appointed him.

Yet, with hindsight, he was wnak, disrepected our club and town, and only his assistant dragged us from the mire. But, yeah... other tran that, you're right.

And to be fair to Keith, he also had one of the few teams that have had us competitive in the Championship in recent times ripped from under him with Vaz Te, Drinkwater and Butterfield and his lunatic tendencies took over mostly after that.

Can't disagree. I thought he was unlucky when his promising team was torn apart (Vaz Te, Drinkwater etc) but won't argue with his terrible PR with the fans. He turned out to have severe limitations.

He didn't have a ***** Davies, a Zeki Fryers, a Matt Mills, a Dani Pinillos, a Jason McCarthy, a Brad Potts, a Gary Gardner, a Conor Mahoney, Dimi Cavare, etc

Blame is a waste of time.

The owners will still be the owners, they just have a club with lower revenues next season & most likely fewer fans.

The manager / coach pays the price for poor results. Thankfully he's gone. It wasn't a "success".

There is a lot harder job than if we had made the right appointment & brought in players that were ready to slot into the team, rather than Knasmullner & Mahoney & the unfortunate, miserably bad Mills. Ah well, it is what it is now. We are Accrington bound.

Really? You actually sound like a total **** to me but then again, that may just be me. Stop throwing the xenophobia and race card around because if you did your research via social media, only a very small minority are calling Chien Lee a chink, Conway a yank **** or any other board member by the nationality that they are in a derogatory manner. Your thread is absolute ********.

When Keith Hill has been excused and elevated, then, I begin to wonder.
