Blantant Sponsorship Appeal

My younger brother has just set off on a fund raising trip for Barnsley Hospital, Jaxon's Gift, Rotherham Hospice, Seashell Trust and Lincs & Notts Air Amblulance.

The Challenge

Buy a car for £300 or less and hit Europe’s greatest roads and cities for 3 days to Monte Carlo. Complete challenges, laugh lots and maybe raise some cash for your favourite charity. Monte Carlo or Bust is the ultimate European banger rally adventure.

Their target is to raise £10,000 for these 5 charities and they are well on their way at just below £7k, but any extra donations will be greatly appreciated.

As the arcticle in the Chronicle says, Mark had a mild heart attack a couple of weeks ago but he was determined to go, even if it's just as a passenger.

Are the costs for the holiday coming out of their pocket or from the money raised?

 

Their own pocket, they even had to pay an entry fee to the organsiers.

They can't divert funds from Virgin Money Giving.
