Listening to Patrick Crynes interview on radio Sheffield, i wonder what he implied when he said that Andy Ritchie had a "blind spot"when the Board and 10,000 fans knew that the present team needed strenthening.
Was it that Ritchie didn't have a clue when it came to tactics.
Was it that Richie was so thick that he couldn't see how serious the situation had become. Or was it that Ritchie had become so complacent in his managment style, that he thought he would be inveterate and would not be sacked. Andy Ritchie hasn't done to badly from his managment at BarnsleyFC, his CV will read "Got Barnsley into the Championship". Those managers are far and few, with his CV he could walk into a nice little earner. I wish you well Andy Ritchie. But some advice from 10,000 Barnsley fans, open your eyes and look around you and you will SEE. Good luck to you and Rick.
