Really suffer from them when playing golf, apart from not playing golf....anyone recommend anything? I have had 3 pairs of good shoes this year, tried plasters etc just don't seem to work?
That could make it worse as it causes another layer of friction. But you should be wearing decent socks and probably get about on your feet more. It'll toughen up your skin. I get blisters on my hands just looking at a bit of manual labour.
Wear roller skates and get one of you colleagues to push you around the course or if you dont have roller skates remove the castors form the wardrobes.
soak your shoes in pi55 and wear them till they dry out, then plenty of polish and try wearing your socks inside out
never had problem with them. but iain botham and several current england bowlers say they have them cut out. only way they say.
No they have got feet like swiss cheese. Aint that what Graham Dilley died of, his feet just crumbled beneath him.
yes. Yes they cut them out with something that start with s, not sure what its name is though. THink it's a medical knife. Personally i can't think of how much that must hurt. Thats why i chuckle sometimes when people call sportsmen whimps ect. Broad said he as to put a sock in is mouth with pain though when he as it.
There is nothing to cut out though. It is just inflamed skin with water under it. And if the do mean cutting the skin off it doesn't hurt. Scalpel is the surgical knife.
Aye Beefy will have had his fair share of blisters. It doesn't hurt though. When I get blisters I always pop them and then cut the loose skin off, pair of scissors does the trick.
