Thats made my mind up. For teh first time in 20+ yrs of supporting the REDS, i wont be buying a new shirt. The home kit looks like its been ironed badly (whats with the creases?) and the giant PERRYS advertising board on the back (anyone think it looks smaller on the players shirts?) had put me off buying a home one. Was hoping for an away shirt that would be any colour bar blue after the horrendous kit a couple of seasons ago. So what do they do? They give us a blue kit. Thats £40 or even £80 of my hard earned cash the club wont be getting, and after really struggling with the idea of coughing up £300 to watch what has been an abysmal team for the last few years, my season ticket this season may very well be my last unless i see MAJOR improvement. One very pissed off supporter/customer.
No your not the only one That kit looks so smart, the two shades of blue look really good together, and what about the gold trim round numbers and names, very very classy There is always whinging b*stards who are never happy, continually knock the club etc etc i don't know why they bother even coming along, leave it to real fans.
The blue kit 2 seasons ago was excellent, very smart, and I think this one's very nice too... it's all a matter of opinion.
i agree i forgot about that. the names were impossible to read. the numbers were great but the names were WAY too small.
Still not as bad as Leeds though. White letters on a white background Seriously, I had no idea that Robbie Blake was playing up front for them.
