I'm lucky I've stayed the same, but the missus is down to lose about £3k. There's one woman upsairs from us who will be losing £12k. it must be awful for her. And to make matters worse i have now got to prove myself to go up in the increments on a performance basis. where is the incentive in that!!! This whole exercise was supposed to be about single status aswell. Investors in people my arse...
i have now got to prove myself to go up in the increments on a performance basis surely thats the same in all jobs. prove yourself, perform and get a pay rise. Do nothing get nothing. or am I missing something?
That's a fair old wage cut then Do you think everyone's wages are coming more into line with the private sector or they are taking the piss?
RE: i have now got to prove myself to go up in the increments on a performance basis I dont mind perfomance related pay. i was in the Army for 24yr, so its fine. My point is that those who are losing wont be arsed, so they will not move up potentially in their careers
