Not going to end well this... And like at Wigan Portsmouth Coventry and many others. It will be the fans that suffer most here .
So forget all of the headlines that are going round at the moment eg black lives matter, slam the Tories for this that and the other and who is telling the truth about covid etc etc and find someone who wants to keep our heritage and history
1) Running a tight ship. 2) Balancing the books or close to each season. 3) Small year-on-year improvements to the stadium. 4) Seemingly not taking money out of the club. 5) Giving youth a chance instead of journeyman. 6) Pretty much doing what they said they would when they took over - long term plan, nothing silly and balance the books. They have made mistakes yes. But there’s plenty going on behind the scenes here that we don’t know about. Care to elaborate why BMBC can be trusted more? Specifically?
The EFL members won't allow us to be moved especially after what happened to Wimbledon. The EFL are rubbish but they like the F.A believe in tradition. Such threats to move works in USA due to franchise models. If cities refuse to upgrade using tax payers money they move. The owners could end up with egg on their faces, we're a viable concern with a good fan base. We're not the San Diego / LA Chargers.
I don't think this is meant to be a permanent switch, but EFL members were happy for Coventry to move elsewhere etc... I am in no way defending the owners, just to reiterate.
True. They have to release a statement I agree. I don’t trust anyone - but anyone who starts painting BMBC as trustworthy needs to give their head a shake. And the Cryne family were dragged through the mud not so long ago with the court case over alleged misrepresentations over their NHS Software Contract.
personally think it's important to care about all those things. BLM is still important. Tories are still lying c.nuts and COVID is still a global pandemic that will have a profound impact on future generations. our heritage and history was instantly compromised, when we sold the Club to venture capitalists.
running a tight ship we made a massive loss in L1 Improvements you say where? Monies out of the club did we not pay one to be CEO? Using crynes plan for recruitment right thing to do but recruitment has been poor thus far and would have seen ya relegated in any other season. Why would BMBC will they stepped in to preserve the club when no one else would. It’s not a prime site so little housing/retail value and they are not an investment company set up specifically to make money
