Got to say I wasn't sure what he was going to do when I saw the article on the site.

I'll be honest, I think that'll be a tough role for him. I imagine it's tough to get good players for a league one u21 side without them been for the ifrst team too and the first team recruiting them.

Good luck to him for that.

    Think about it, pal.

I'm guessing at 3 pages, minimum. Behave.

i think my view on this, is it can only be a good thing. bobby is part of the fabric of not just the club, but the town. i hope people see beyond the immediacy of churning players out straight away. for me it's a 5-10yr project

Just having him back in and around the club is enough for me. Chuffed that he's home.

very cryptic reply from mr white, does it mean its a "BAD" appointment, or it could end up being a "THRILLER" of a decision, maybe Bobby will make us "INVINCIBLE", then again he could be saying its an "OFF THE WALL" choice, no ive got it the club are taking the "MICHEAL", oh well only "HISTORY" will tell us

    "ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww", "shamoooooooooooaaaan"

    None of the above.

It's a gif that I post whenever I think a thread is going to be interesting. :)

Frist step to becoming team manager / coach - though whether it'll take 5 years to get to that stage is anybody's guess.

I hope it goes well. Don't have a problem with him. He was there the other day watching.

A problem I can see coming up though is that Heckingbottom, Devaney and Hassell I'd imagine are friends off the field too.
What happens when they need to criticise each other.

why would they need to criticise each other? they will disagree on things, but there's no reason why they should ever criticise each other. if anything it's usually much easier to work through disagreement, when you've got strong relationships in place

Exactly. They're grown-ups Hemsie, I doubt they'll be fighting all day long and am sure they're mature enough to get over any disagreements professionally.

You not see the other very long thread on the same subject that this opinion could have been put in?

They still need to say about faults to improve. Thats how things go Matthew. People don't like that at Oakwell,
