i honestly do not rate bobby hassel as a right back i think him and kay should be our central defenders with austin on the right and im not sure about our left back

Bobby didn't have his best game today but better him there than Austin. They had genuine pace today and would have troubled most defences in this league.

    Jeeez.!

He was awesome today against a top of the league side.

Our consistently best player by a country mile

Most Championship teams would give their 2 arms to have him on their books.

    Hassell is class.

    RE: Jeeez.!

I think only him and Howard would get a regular game at a decent championship club.

    Disagree about today...

Thought he was poor, their winger was running rings around him.

dont get me wrong hassell is one of our best players just not at right back any decent winger seems to run rings round him today though best things he did was covering for paul reid at centre back

I'm trying to be positive though!

I admit he wasn't at his best, but that is because the whole of the Preston squad was so superior to us.

They ran rings around us in the second half !

The rest of our defence played well

The fact is he hasn't got the pace to cope with wingers like we came up against today, hence he isn't playing at a higher level.

I thought he was when we were being 'bombarded' and couldn't get the ball

He was always in the right place to head out.

One ball, 22 players and a milllion different views remember!

    Yeah

Going forward I thought he did well, but at the back I thought he was awful.

Like you say, millions of opinions :)

his booking in the first half stuffed him
