For me and George after August bank holiday to Cleethorpes. I've bought train tickets on the Trainline and after my purchase it said make sure I present my Railcard. I never selected the Railcard option and I don't pay for George anyway. Is that a generic message that appears after every purchase?
Cheers mate. I've learnt to accept things more over last week or so. Digested a few things and realised I might have been a little bit too stoic. I had to do that as part of the grieving process though. When I was being awkward for awkward's sake though and only person I was hurting was myself. That's when I moved on. That isn't me and not what I want George to see either.
I seem to remember that the railcard option is right at the start of the booking process. Might be best to cancel and start again Which stations are you panning to kill time in while you wait for the next overcrowded train when yours has been cancelled?
I spent many an hour at Doncaster station, sheds and The Plant in my youth. We always got very excited when a non-stop Deltic hauled train sped through...
