Any lingering tiny bit of interest in politics has now been finally extinguished by this news. I give up, I really do.

Maybe, just maybe there is an element of :-
    You created the ****
You help to clear it up !

Also if Boris still harbours any thoughts of being P.M. this puts him in the shop window ( or in the stocks to be pelted with foreign fruit )

I'm not sure a new cabinet will make a great deal of difference to the way wee Jimmy feels about our government. Do you think there will be a second referendum?

She's certainly making a good fist of re-creating the Nasty Party. Just needs to bring back Tebbit as Minister for Race Relations and she's got the full house!

TBH I believe there has to be. The Scottish electorate voted to stay in Europe and polls reveal a further increase of support for independence. Obviously the govt will resist the call but this will only increase the hatred towards England. Hard to see how harmony can be achieved under such circumstances.

The only way to keep Britain together IMO is for Labour and the SNP (and others) to form a progressive alliance, with some further devolution and the introduction of proportional representation. It is the only way to return a non-Tory government and the only way Scottish people can be convinced that a united Britain can offer them a democratic future.

Unfortunately ark things have moved on too far for that. Independence is the goal. TBH in our place would you want to remain? Be honest.

Never really liked Theresa May - always come across as severe

But WOW !!! What a fantastic cabinet she has appointed

    Brexiteers........
Liam Fox as trade minister - this guy has massive influence in America - watch this space
David Davis - always been anti Europe but in a steady and thoughtful way
BORIS - open the door and let the beast open to the world - let the force be with them - they will need it - BRILLIANT appointment

Will there be a different result this time around? I'm not convinced. The majority of Scottish voters may have voted to remain but is Brexit going to be enough to change the minds of enough people if there is a second independence referendum.

I agree Nudger. I'm yet to be convinced that May was the best option for PM but I'm reasonably impressed by the cabinet changes she's made.
