    When bosman rule was brought in, fair enough I can understand where this is coming from.</p>

    This transfer window, surely</p>

    AN UNFAIR RESTRICTION OF TRADE...</p>



    You don't get Ford or Citreon being told that they can't sell cars for 3 months etc.</p>



    Surely a legal case somewhere????</p>

    yes i agree the bosman and the transfer window contradict each other
