Paud.D had this reply sent back from the football league regarding the points deduction for entering administration:

Regulations provide that should a club enter into administration at any time during the Normal Playing Season, the points deduction shall apply immediately; outside the Normal Playing Season, the points deduction shall apply in respect of the following Season such that the Club starts that Season on minus 10 points.

Normal Playing Season is the period of the year commencing with the first League Match and, for each Club, ending immediately after the completion of the Club's final fixture of the League Competition, excluding any Play-Off Matches.

    SO

If Boston FC have entered administration AT SOME POINT DURING THE NORMAL PLAING SEASON then how can the football league not have those points deducted with immediate effect.

They have entered this administration before the complettion of the club's final fixture of the league competition so surely it should be -10 immediately

If not then surely this is one for the lawyers to sort out and another case of its ok for some (ie LEEDS) and not ok for others.......

Stinks like /poo me thinks !!!!!!
