To be fair they are like us in that won many in 2013 but then again so did Donny and there one of three favourites to drop. They might have some money but they'd take 21st I'm sure
Bournemouth will finish in top 10, Eddie Mitchell is loaded and will back Eddie Howe all the way, offered 1.3 million for Danny Ings other week.
I think they've got a realistic chance of getting into that top six to be honest. Well backed, a good young manager and some players that have the potential to tear The Championship apart.
Well I only start to see how things are shaping up by the tenth game (end of September). We will know more if there ambitions are matched by players, many without experience in his league.
Think they'll initially get off to a flyer but then find a level, probably bottom half come next may for my thinking....
Trouble is DT we have done nowt in the previous 8yrs for the bookies to do anything else. They have all that has gone before to base our odds on, not the case with Bournemouth.
but the form we showed from January onwards surely must tell them summat, or do they just ask Lawro & Claridge.
We just survived, that is the stand out point, by the skin of our teeth. It's a fresh season so they haven't much to go on, who knows whether our odds are shorter than they would have been, because of the 2nd half of the season
The media fancy them as the next Charlton, Norwich, Brighton, Southampton etc, of the 3 promoted teams to the Championship. Got a manager with recent Championship experience and seem to have more quality than Donny and Yeovil. Also signed Elliott Ward this week. Vastly experienced with two promotions from the Championship with West Ham and Norwich on his CV. Great signing for them and could possibly give an indication of the type of player they can attract.
