Just started watching, so too late!

Why don't BBC have +1 channels like ITV? And whilst I'm complaining why isn't Look North in HD too?

I expect it will be on iPlayer - so you can watch from the start either now or for the next month or so. Im recording it and just about to go and start watching from the beginning - as long as the recording worked

Hopefully it will be there after today others that have been featured haven’t been on iPlayer till afterwards eg Beyoncé and Adele. It’s there now but whether it will stay I can’t guarantee

Really enjoyed that. Great set list, top musicians. Could listen to that all over again.

Special mention to the bass player for a nice job covering Freddie's parts on Under Pressure.

How long was the set? 90 mins? And loads of his songs omitted that could quite easily have been in there.... Jean Genie, Rock n Roll Suicide & Width of a Circle being just three of my pre 1975 favourites

Just watched it with my other half. I just don’t get it. I found some of it very boring, and some of it uncomfortable to watch/ hard to listen to. By the time he got the cig out I was irritated. I’m not disputing his appeal to others, or his ability to entertain - it’s just not for me.

It was about 2 hours. And he could easily have done another 2 and still not played all his best stuff.Ziggy was One of my first albums. Title track a pretty good way to start the Encore. Wish I’d been there

Each to their own. I though the whole set was close to perfection (other than being too short) but there is loads of music people rave about I don’t get. Beyoncé for a start

Went to Wembley to see him on the Glass spider tour. Wifey a big fan. So so for me.

But a bloody gret glass spider in the daylight ( reckon it was on or around the longest day) with all the lighting effects was useless.

Highlight. Proper sh1tting missen having snuck into his Private party afterwards. In the concourse, Me n 2 brother in laws. ( they dragged me in via the royal box After watching the latter end of the show in the special invitees area. Which we snuck into initially ) Not one person queried what the hell we were doing in there. All the others wearing ID badges.
