    My understanding of the Ticket Information is that Centenary Society Members ring the box office to buy tickets. I've probably rung 200 times so far but get the same message "Sorry, your call cannot be taken at the moment, we are experiencing high call volumes."

    Has anyone actually got through on this number or has it just been put onto voicemail because of the number of purchasing in person? And has anyone got an alternative number?

    Guidance appreciated. I can't call in person as I'm 120 miles away.....

    For the JOT I had the same problem so I just started calling 01226 211xxx with any random extension till I got through to someone.

    I'm amazed that centenary society members haven't been added to the database when they have known about the issue for near enough 2 months

    Thanks Supertyke - I tried this approach and was successful this morning. Ext 112 worked for me

    Phoned the main number 211211 and pressed Option 1 for tickets. Straight through.
