    I just wanted to give a big shout out to the Box office team especially Andrea who yet again proved they are stars at what they do. I was lucky enough to join the 135 club this week but like a dip stick had not updated my mobile number on my account so they could not contact me.
    However they e mailed me with the good news and after being unable to reach them on the phone due to Fleetwood ticket sales they responded to my return mail and sorted my refund. They could easily have let the issue drop and I would not have been any wiser.

    If we had players at the same level as the box office staff we would be winning the champions league every year, they are consistently brilliant.

    As a collective bbs we really ought to do something for the behind the scenes staff (particularly the box office) who have helped us all in one way or another.
