    "Another look" according to Twitter. Swindon had a better look than anyone last season and they don't seem to be interested. A 21 year old without a club in September doesn't inspire confidence.

    Can anyone tell me why a Left Back wasn't recruited BEFORE the transfer deadline?

    Or are we happy for Nyatanga to fulfil this role indefinitely?

    There's Championship,league one and league two clubs today signing loanees what's been there hold up.?How do we know that we didn't try to sign Smith before.Have you thought that his agent might have said save your selves a couple of hundred grand as we're trying to negotiate a settlement to release him from his Liverpool contract.I for a fact don't know if any of the above is true or false and neither doe's anyone else.If the manager rates him and thinks he will strengthen our squad we should welcome him to Oakwell.

    But if we're signing another young and promising left back then why not just give George Smith a go? I rate him

    smith his a free agent his contract ran out in the summer he was offered a long term contract but turned it down
