Mr Bates for the covid pandemic era. The first of the three parter was brilliantly captivating viewing. A really good insight of what NHS workers had to put up with. The first episode common sense not being used for a covid test because giving the patient one would have been against guidelines as he had no travel history.

Part 2 tonight was even sadder. The attention to detail to get it spot on is so good.

Watched all three yesterday, just another reminder about how wrong the government got things.

Watched it last night. A truly grim and upsetting watch.
It starkly highlights the difference between Johnson and Hancock's soundbites, and the reality of what was happening in the hospitals.
An excellent series but be warned you'll need the hankies nearby!
