    Except that the NHS isn’t really the defining factor of this election. Whatever the spin and scaremongering says, there isn’t that much differences between the main parties in this respect. They’ve all pledged to spend more, and no-one is really going to sell off the health service.

    The differences between the parties on Brexit, however, could not be more stark.

    Tories - Brexit, regardless
    Labour - 2nd referendum
    Lib Dems- Revoke

    Labour is more like 2nd refernendum with the choice between remain or remain so they may as well be classed the same as the Lib Dems.

    Please do not be lulled into thinking the Tories wouldnt sell off the NHS. If we lose trade with Europe they will turn to America and the NHS is the first port of call for Trump.

    It will be done in a way that the ordinary person won’t know it’s being privatised , just the people in the NHS.
    BOJO isn’t daft he’ll not put it up wholesale fir all the world to see , he’ll do it undermining by stealth till the NHS is just a shell and the termites will have hollowed out the underneath leaving just an unprofitable crust that no one wants .

    It's a tactic straight out of the Trump playbook. Say something one week and the opposite the following week. You reach a wider audience who hears what they want to hear and choose to believe.
