totally disagree, covered every blade of grass twice today. Didn't do much with the ball I agree but lack of workrate is a non-starter. I think we struggled mainly cos we had nothing up front and midfielders were knackered after 60 mins. They moved the ball around very well second half and we couldn't cope. De Silva makes a massive difference in midfield.

    Can't Fault Howard Today

He was up for playing against his hometown club.

His passing was top class, I've lost count how many times he played Odejayi through on goal.
He even covered down the right wing aswell, he suprised me how good his crossing on his right foot is.
Overall I would say he played well today.

just think he was up against some good players, Surman and Saffri? they played some quality one & two touch stuff and we looked a bit tired on what must have been a heavy pitch. He could probably do with a rest every now and again, maybe bring him off after 75 mins occasionally as he's played in most games.

Not sure, thats the million dollar question!!! I know who I'd like, a certain Anderson De Silva alongside Howard with Togwell/Johnson/Leon all fighting for a place, Ricketts & McCann can both go for me. Hopefully Jan 1st will turn out better for us than we are all expecting???

Paul Jewell was there today hopefully just watchin Nyatanga
