Very rarely see him going round trying to get the lads going when things are'nt happeningand on more than one occasion i have seen him paddying at his own players when he doesn't get the ball or a move breaks down. I would personally like to see Foster given the arm band.

    You sure about that?

He is the one who gets the players going, watch him closely next time. He's a leader in training and during the matches.

You must watch a different game to me, what did you think of Paul Ried as Captain?

only way he is a leader is that he will take it upon himself to create chances when we really need them

He leads by example in my opinion.

Always see Howard trying to get the players going. Watch him next time the away team scores! At defending corners he often directs the players around him.

agree with osset. i can see brian waving his arms getting everyone going. the one that has stuck in my mind is after Jimmy Floyd scored for cardiff, he brought the ball back to the c.circle and was waving his arms like a bloody windmill trying to boost the players...
    and...
    who went and scored????
