Giving it the usual about us getting 9-10 thousand, and that's why we can't afford to offer our players deals to keep them. **** me! If only the blunts had a Winnall, Bree or Hourihane to sell. When were the blunts last in a position to match £28k a week wages to keep their best players? Talks through his gimp mask Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Remember when they signed James Beattie? 40k per week, Championship side, parachute payments, big crowds. Relegated before us, and still there! They've arguably done better under Wilder bringing in lesser known players. Money and big crowds guarantee nothing if the money is spent badly. He's just jealous! Pretty sure average attendance this season has been like 12k, in fact I think we've only had one game lower than that and that was like 11,900 so not really sure what that muppet is chatting about
We're averaging 13997 currently, Blunts are 20141. I'd also hazard a guess that with our more expensive ticket pricing for the big games, that ticket related turnover is there or thereabout the same. In addition we will have a far greater TV revenue turnover. All in all he's chatting absolute ***** as per usual.
Their bigger gates didn't help them to hang onto Harry Maguire, Kyle walker and a few more did it? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I see they're having a bit of a wobble at the moment. They don't want to drop out of the top two and end up in the playoffs again, but I want them to, if only to hear Brian moaning Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Thing is though we are averaging gates of close on 14k for this season's league games... if anyone doubts me just check our attendances then do the maths. I think it averages around 13,750 or more. Brian has the Man Utd syndrome it would seem. He is perhaps hurting to the bone that The Pigs are flying quite high right now and could get to the play offs.... also we have a shout too of the same. Leeds and Huddersfield up the road are higher up the Yorkshire pedestal too. I guess his 30 seconds ( if that) on 'The Goal Rush' are not sitting well with him. I will be more than happy if they do their normal 'Nose Dive' in the second half of the season.
We are a tiny club that can't compete in wages or stature with great huge clubs like Aston Villa and Sheffield wednesday. We are honoured to be able to say 3 of our old players are there and we need to get back in our place like the dogs we are. Petition to build statues of all outgoing players from this month and give up our league position to Aston Villa for £50 Am I on message enough for you now, captain pm
Your first sentence is, unfortunately, bang on. The rest of the post is nonsense, but I suspect you already know that.
