The Dutch side were simply an excellent footballing side and an excellent group of lads, who gave us a really good game in very good spirit. We took the lead on half an hour when Adam won the ball and found me in the box, managed to battle through 2 tackles and squeeze the shot in. Equaliser scored just before half-time with a shot in off the post from the edge of the box. Started well in the 2nd half but they caught us on the break to make it 2-1, and then me and Adam linked up again to cross for Daryl (Spartacus) to volley home and equalise. But a minute later, a fantastic goal from their centre forward curling into the top corner knocked the steam out of us, and we ended up 6-2 down in a spell of excellent play from the Dutch side. Bagpuss got a consolation to make it 6-3. Thankyou to the Dutch lads for an excellent game played in good spirits, and if we'd played like that against any of the English sides we've played, I fancy we'd have won. Well played lads.
