........over Matty Taylor's transfer from Bristol Rovers. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38840386 Rovers allege that City somehow knew the fee in his release clause.
Player and agent power in action again. In the context of his ability and goals, the amount doesn't begin to cover his real worth, but he and his agent probably wouldn't have signed the contract without that clause inserted. Players and agents lining their pockets at the expense of the smaller selling clubs. It's *****. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
and what punishment, if any, do you expect the FA to give them if anything it will be a paltry fine, if the agent is found to have been the culprit then he may get a fine/reprimand too. But nothing that will affect them in the league at all.
Everyone knows that agents leak details of clauses. It's not reyt but it happens. Plus if it didn't happen the bidding club could just start really low and spam out offers increasing by £50k each time in case there is a clause in place.
Well everyone else should have known too. Folk on forums all knew about the clause on Monday and was broadcast on radio.
I don't get it....What's the point of inserting the clause if people can't know about it and why insert a clause you don't want people to take advantage of?
