What they keep saying but all the providers are struggling to cope. Just spent 10 days trying to get re-connected to Orange, what a performance. The problem does not stop there. I tried to change to BT and getting to talk to Her Majesty the Queen would have been easier. My guess is they are all having problems. Just wandered if it was just me ?
