    I have the same problem that these users have, whereby my browser is sometime 'hijacked' on some of my favourites, Anybody know how to fix it? Norton, Adaware & SpyBot picks nothing up!

    i had the same problem this fixed it

    Came across this site when my browser was hijacked by a nasty little re-direct which showed the name JUPK.com.
    Like everyone else tried all the usual anti-virus and spy-ware and cache cleaners - but like everyone else no joy.
    However a post of Yahoo Spyware forum sorted it - my broadband dns router had been hijacked.
    I followed the instructions below and the problem seems to have been resolved.

    To change router DNS server address:
    Start
    Control Panel
    Network Connections
    Right-click LAN / Internet Connection -> properties
    Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) -> properties
    Select "Obtain DNS Server address automatically"
    Click OK

    Not sure. This isn't one I've seen.

    If all else fails, get HijackThis
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/HijackThis_d3155.html

    Boot in safe mode and run it with no other programs running.
    Use Do Scan and Save a logfile then PM me the logfile
    Then shut down HJT without any action.

    For_feck's_sake_don't_try_to_fix_owt.

    I'll look it over and if I can see the problem I'll tell you what to go back and fix.
