browser weirdness.... help

    Some of the websites on my favorites list dont work anymore.. i keep getting a strange search site. any ideas?

    SOunds like spyware or some such.

    Try googling for the remedy

    go to tucows.com and download and install sybot and adaware

    run them to remove spyware and you shoudl be sorted.

    Have you tried

    looking in Add/remove Programmes to see if owt naughty is in there? Also, have you tried scanning with AVG whilst in safe mode?
