I waited for a BT engineer to come to my house on Monday to divert my phone line they told me they would be at my home between 8am-10am he arrived at 1pm. Wanchors
to be fair BT are pretty shocking when it comes to appointments and customer service. THey once paid my line rental for two years becuase they ****ed up.
Ah ok cos not matter who ya with who use the BT line they all use BT open reach engineers but it will have been sky who have given the wrong time, as anything to do it BT is 8-1 or 1-6.
I'm now at 1hr stupid and still they can't solve the problem, could help if I understood what he was saying to me

TO be fair since i actually managed to get past a phone drone reading in pidgeon english from a script a gaffer sorted it pretty quickly the last issues i had with them. 3 lots of engineers out. all told three times where the fault was and all ignored me stinging me with a bill for about 400 notes..explained this to some manager type. 4th visit it was fixed and my bill credited the blance. Still not a patch on Owe 2. I suspect ill be taking them to court.
