Just ti inform evryone the Trust will do a bucket Collection tonight from the Supporters Trust Office. A full ground collection will take place, if required at the Colchester united Match. Anyone wanting to help with either collection can come to ther trust office from 6.30pm tonight or 1.30pm on Saturday 25th
a bucket in the office wont help anything why not put a collection point at every turnstyle instead?

thats not to say that it isnt a good move as we all know every little helps but very few people go in the office so i would suspect a ver small amount will be collected.

- I put a sarcastic comment, but then read the post again and realised I was being silly. Their at least I explaion my "------"
actually i stated along the lines of.. How do we know you are an official collector and not collecting and pocketing it yourself... but readon it again, it most definately states at the supporters trust office... So their you ave, i was being an arse and commenting with a big massive foot in my mouth. Anyone who gets on at me and my teddy is going to get thrown and I will never post on ere again....
Will they be going round the pitch with a blanket.. outstretched to catch coins that are thrown at em.
Thats how it used to be done...anyone remember.
Good luck to em btw.

RE: Will they be going round the pitch with a blanket.. I remember doing a collection at Millmoor like that for rag week and getting pelted, didn't help that a "mate" of mine (Rotherham fan) stood on the Tivoli and shouted "He's a Barnsley fan!" Many bruises next day!
I'll donate I usually use it to hold water in when I'm washing the car but I'll let Rotherham Utd have it if it'll help! How many buckets are they hoping to collect?
Hmmm...encouraging people to throw coins toward the pitch! but now you come to mention it I do recall that
