I didn't get the office managers job as they want me to concentrate on my PC skills and dont think that I can do that and the office managers job as well. Hmmmm, not convinced with their reasoning, missen.
Hard Lines. Think they're wrong not to give you the job. Did you tell them that you are Site Admin for a busy forum site?
Unfortunately Cazi My opinion is that feedback is rarely helpful, often gives the impression of being contrived and unobservant and serves little of the purpose it was intended to do in the first place.

YESSSSSS....Another strike for male chauvinism is struck.......wooot sorry to hear it luvva, guess I will pay for the header though huh....but you do know iI just had to....well actualy Big Lil put me up to it, to be sure. ***Angelically smiles***
That's a blow. But, you have been given a direction to work on - that's a positive. I am sure it will all turn out for the best think about it!
Not a proper woman then, can't multitask. Yeah, right. Stiff **** though. Better luck next time. Have you thought about working in Shepton Mallet or Frome or (Gawd help us all) Langport?
You know something? That job wasn't for you, it just wasn't meant to be. Now relish that fact.
Yours ExistentialTyke
x

RE: Thanks everybody Aye your PC skills must be *****, only admin on a forum eh !!!
if yours aren't up to it then mine must be non existent !!
seriously, the decision has been made,if,as I assume, there is nothing you can do about it , try to put it behind you, if you learnt anything from it (apart from the fact the interviewers have no taste !!) use it next time.
These decisions shouldn't be personal, but sometimes it feels like it!!
Chin up !!
Dave

Maybe I worded it wrong They want to utilise my PC skills more and think that I won't have time to do the Office Managers as well.
