    Compare this to Sheffield last season and Sheffield is a smaller city (just)

    Has anybody paid the £100 million debt off yet ???

    I haven't heard of anybody coming in and wiping the debt off.
    They have had a go at making the debt more 'managable'.
    But no one has paid the debt
    Bates has gambled £10 milion trying to get them back into the premeirship by buying a load of players on high wages
    He knows if he can get premeirship football then the money generated will go some way to bringing the club back
    But personally, and for Barnsley FCs sake I would like Leeds to go down into the 2nd division at sit there for 30 years

    Work in Wakey...

    and surrounded by them! l took the p*ss out of their 18,000 crowd on Saturday too, even saying that Wednesday had a bigger crowd when they were a division below. They are full of bandwagon fans who watch them when they are doing well, crap supporters!! Everyone here claims it's the prices that Bates as put up as to why not many are watching them. But what can we say getting 11,000 on Saturday that's crap support!
