A bun is similar to a cake, it just isn't big enough to be one.

Guy round here loves steak pie sandwiches. Honest! He orders a hot steak pie and has it in a big bread roll.

Oh and by the way he weighs about 28 stone.

My mrs is from Lancashire & they always go on about 'Wigan kebab's' basically a meat and taty pie in a teacake or 'barm' as she calls them!

Trouble is, we've got a freezer full of pies and not a single bun and I really fancy a bun or two.

    Chip Butty and Chips

Isn't there somewhere in Barnsley where you can get a meal of chip butty and chips? Sure I've heard of it somewhere.

Not just my mrs mate, all her family, friends and my former workmates from when I worked for a Chorley based construction company! When they first told me about it I googled it & found some forums confirming it

    CAn you get a pie...

...with a sandwich in it. Now there's a thought. Or a pie with a bun inside.

Starting to think of COrnish pasties aren't I ?
