    Why does he continue taking freekicks and Corners?</p>

    yep but one delivery doesn't mean he should continue to take freekicks when the rest of the deliveries are poor

    Scored at Southend as well. Hassall scored from one v Scunny. Burns does take some good corners/free kicks sometimes!!

    Same as Shuker, but they both can do bad ones often enough and do the most anoying thing of all.......not beat the first man!!

    Robbie Williams has a great left foot, let him shoot from free-kicks, he is good in the air though at headers so should get in the box for corners!!

    You could argue that Beckam

    although he scores some wonderful goals has a poor conversion rate from crosses and free kicks,
    what we lack is a consistent taker

    A but we were a 2nd Division side when we signed him

    Along with loads of other quality players - fotunately tying them in to long term deals on good salaries so there was no danger of them being poached by other clubs.
