    I can't help thinking.....................

    that loaning Atkinson and Butterfield to a struggling team won't do them much good.

    Atkinson went there and got Player of Year award last season IIRC. That will have done him some good, a lot of confidence from that. Hopefully they can both go out and perform well this time. They aren't going to play for us so just getting some 1st team action will do them some good, even if they are losing. As a footballer you just want to be playing. You have to wonder why no higher placed clubs have asked to take them on loan?
