    Then I wish Jacob all the best for the future. I've really enjoyed watching him play for us, but now the club moves onwards & upwards. I'm more than happy with our signings so far and am looking forward to seeing who else we bring in this Summer.

    I know it's not like we've done everything for him, developed him, nurtured him, turned him into the player he is, and shown him a lot of loyalty. No reason at all to be pi55ed of that he's fecked off at the first opportunity.

    if we get a decent sum for him plus the 400k we had offered 4 norwood plus anything else thats left keith might have a decent wedge to still do 2 or 3 good deals

    The manager has said

    He is targeting a left winger & goalkeeper. Now, taking into account how he pulled the wool over everyone's eyes with what he said about Etuhu and Mellis before actually signing them, I expect to see a centre half, striker & midfielder being brought in!:D

    I'm sure I'll get over it but at the minute I am a little miffed by the thought of him going. You're right though Kev, it is time for us to move on and let Keith invest the money we get. A good opportunity to invest in the team and strengthen in key areas. Onwards and upwards.

    If he's after a first team keeper, has he not seen Luke Steele?!

    Should be offering the lad a bloody good contract IMO.

    Will also be gutted if Butterfield leaves, it's in his (and our) best interests if he stayed for another year.
