There can only be a maximum of 15000 tickets sold if every ST holder takes 2 and every Centenary member takes 1. Which won't happen.
How did we ever win a war ?

Ah but all of you waiting until the last day will get a shock when you all turn up at once. There will be a right queue. If you had turned up at 2.00am this morning, everyone would be at home now with their feet up and 200,000 tickets sold.
15000 Barnsley + 6000 Chelsea + 2000 to sponsors/players/etc. that would leave 200 to go on general sale.
6800 with a season ticket (source Alan Bloooooor on Radio Sheff last night). No more than 3/4 will get 2. So will see no more than 12000 up to and including Colchester stubs. Sod sponsors. Will be 3-4000 on general sale.
but................. apparently they pay for the whole 6000-at least Mr Blur said so on Radio Sheff last night
Cant' believe that to be honest Why on earth should Chelsea have to front the fact that they have **** away support?
RE: Cant' believe that to be honest it did seem rather odd to me as well but he definitely said it-based on what I don't know-perhaps he made it up?
barnsley could have had more for liverpool had they paid for the full allocation upfront, but they wouldn't because they didn't think they would sell them all and lose money
Ah but........... 6,800 season ticket holders to sort out in 10 or 11 days is 600-ish customers per day.
It looks like they're turning people away after the first 300 have queued up - How are they going to sort everyone out at that rate?

RE: Ah but........... theyve obviously planned for only half of ST holders actually wanting a ticket. Makes sense that (doh)
