the club offered him a contract & he refused, he refused because he has his sights set on bigger & better things. Blaming Davey will be as good as blaming Muller. Nobody could do nothing to stop him, so stop saying "Davey Out" Because he is selling a player. Howards nowt special anyway.
Nobody will ever know the real reasons. Suffice to say that had things been cosier and more stable behind the scenes, then I'm sure things might have been different.
Either way:-
If he was pushed, it might be Daveys downfall.
If he jumped, then he may just have the foresight of a man who can't believe the state we're in after three seasons in this division and can't see any sign of progress ? (Oh, no - that would be my view )

This is what happens in football, Players want to be playing at the highest level possible nothing wrong with that, its like if you work for a small company and a bigger company comes and offers you the exact same job but paying you more money. So stop whinging about Howard lets just get on with it and PRAY for something tomorow.
Of which they never will One side will say one thing, the other side will say the other. It all down to who you believe or want to believe. I personally think there will be a lot more to it that will never be released to the general public.
