By using a liquidiser, do you lose the goodness in veggies?

    Don't think so think it's all about how good the veg is and how fresh the veg is. Most important is how quickly you drink it after you liquidise. Sooner the better. So I'm informed.

    the V8 stuff is almost pointless.
