    personally i like the man, i want him to stay, no matter what the result, who else are we going to be able to get in whos affordable wage wise and has the expeirence thats required?? theres none if any. show ya support to the man and stop addin pressure!

    we were very, very lucky to get promoted,due more to other teams being very poor rather than anything ritchie did tactically,idiotic faith in the players that got promoted has cost us the most,which shows how poor the mans judgement is he can go for me,how could another manager do any worse
