C&G semi-final tomorrow...

Talk about odds stacked against our boys...

1) We're still playing at Old Trafford after an arduous full 4 days of tough cricket against our big rivals, and have to travel down to Hampshire tonight for a 10.15 start in the morning. Meanwhile Hamsphire are putting their feet up and preparing for the game.

2) No England players means we lose Hoggard and Vaughan to them just losing Pietersen. I guess he's probably the biggest loss of the three, but the combination of Vaughan and Hoggard is worth more, especially given our severe lack of decent bowlers, with Silverwood now crocked too. Again.

3) Ian Harvey's injured for us, yet they have two overseas available, 2 Aussies in Bichel and Watson.

4) They're at home.

So come on lads, let's beat the odds and grab a great win and get to Lord's again! (pint)
