Two different ones of major companies.</p> I'm afraid one of them needs to think seriously about changing its operators to some who can speak English coherently, and the other needs some serious communication overhaul.</p> Example - Endless hoops through several menus, only to be told "Please call during opening times which are 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. </p> Er...... excuse me? I may be slow on the uptake at times but I was under the impression that 1pm on a Sunday falls within that category. But I may be wrong.</p>
