Is that only an Asda in Barnsley or nearby?
I'm hoping to go buy it today sometime, but a trip to Asda is much longer than other shops. Last time I made a trip to Asda for a game was when I was told PES was £27, but arrived and it was the full £40

That might explain it!
Will it be the case anywhere else, or only Asda?
I don't think I can bribe my sister to drive all the way to an Asda unfortunately

Stop pissing about on computer games and learn to drive! You won't believe how much your life will improve. Have that.
Deffo £27, but you'll be lucky! There aren't many left. Folk were queuing last night down here in London village to buy at midnight. Sainsburys & Morrisons£34.99, Game £37.99, Tesco £39.71.
Still maintain it's not a patch on COD4. Or 2 for that matter.

RE: Stop pissing about on computer games I'm in the process mate! Theory done, actual to be booked asap. Should have passed by January
There were loads queuing in Barnsley Asda last night... There were still a few left though. Give them a ring to see if there's still any left. Number is 732632. They limited sales to 1 ps3 or 2 xbox 360 copies per customer. Offers like this are usually only for the weekend, so I guess it'll end on Sunday. Don't quote me on that though, that's just what I seem to recall happening with FIFA, PES or something like that...
Better than meeting Frank? Passing my driving test is roughly numer 671 of the best things I've ever done. Your life has been more sheltered than the accomodation Dirk lives in.
RE: Better than meeting Frank? Having a car when everyone else takes the bus gets you more birds than the best of good looks. Not that you'll know anything about that, where as I had both.
RE: Deffo £27, but you'll be lucky! You're right. Just phoned my local (ish) Asda, and they're all out. The lady reckons more will come in stock at some point, but question is, do I wait or just pay the £13 extra and play it all weekend? Tough choice
RE: Deffo £27, but you'll be lucky! Don't think either are local. We do have a tesco, but that's no cheaper.
Not to worry, Ill not lose sleep over £13. I guess I've saved thaton train fare tomorrow what with getting a lift up to Barnsley

If you can bear to wait... ...it'll be significantly reducedpretty soon. When people start cottoning on that it's not COD4, the stores will cut their prices. If I didn't already have it, I wouldn't be rushing out.
RE: If you can bear to wait... Do you reckon?
Hmm...I'm not so sure, I know some won't like it as much as COD4 but I can't see it dropping below £30 surely?

RE: Deffo £27, but you'll be lucky! I have just been to Wakey asda to get mine! Lady behind counter says it has been quiet and they have loads left in stock
Picked up a copy from Wakefield Asda on way to work this mornin (5:15am ZZzzz) - £27 price is suppose to be until Sunday, or until stocks runs out.
