Their biggest failing has been their combined arrogance and inflexibility. They are probably clever blokes - certainly far more clever than me - but they are, and have been SO out of touch with reality and anything outside London / South East that I cannot give them time of day. However, they are nowhere near as out of touch as the bint who has been sat with Dimbleby all morning. I'm prepared to bet that a lot of white working class people who voted leave haven't ever met an immigrant (and by met I mean actually had a conversation with them, not saw them in the distance or walked past them).
