On teletext their chairman says he has "categorically" turned down our latest offer. Can't see it happening unless we up our bid and I don't think he is worth much more than we have offered. Only a year left on his contract. Get him for next to nowt in January if we still want to.
RE: Which means... i thought someone mentioned devaney went mad at the weekend? personally i think campbell ryce would have been a decent signing, give devaney a bit of competition for there places. I think devaney just expects to be in starting eleven week in week out, were as with campbell ryce, they both might up there games. And i know ive just made a point that everybody already knows but i really cant be bothered deleting it
