Don't often get discounted, but Apple's own website usually have some decent deals on Refurbs. Believe me, these come as new, with the full warranty an' that. Looky here;
http://store.apple.com/uk/browse/home/specialdeals/mac?mco=MTIzMzQ
Failing that, I've used Dixons Tax-free before. If you or anyone you know is flying anywhere anytime soon, you can save quite a bit. You can even order online and have it delivered!!!
http://www.dixonstaxfree.co.uk/inde...computing&group=1012,1211,1212&title=
ta for that, thats the problem you do'nt get a real chance to shop around because there is little variation in prices and its odds against knowing someone who is selling a good used one.
