    the proper question is how was the cheating Wednesday ******* allowed to pay money into Harry's dogs account

    Afterall ia m sure Harry was only looking after the welfare of the Dog but that Wednesday ******* should get life

    If you want a serious answer, writing now as a former banker, you can open an account in pretty much any name you want - it could have been opened as a "trust" account or any non-personal account - so "Rosie 47" (or whatever) is fine - but the Bank still has to know who the prinicpal(s) is/are behind the account (i.e. who has signing authority on the account) and would have to do the normal anti-money Laundering / identification checks. Should be pretty easy for the prosecution to find out if it was Harry's account or not and where the funds that were deposited to it came from. Sorry to be boring....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
