Cos I can't they seem to slag of the current regime without coming up with any credible alternatives. In my opinion better the devil you know than the devil you don't!!
yep, go to the lava.... everyday! everyone bleats when the going gets tough, 1 rule i live by....theyre all in it to line their own pockets same as me, but they have much bigger pockets to line. a change aint always for the better. if the blue noses got in do you honestly think they'll knock x number o pence off fuel/car fuel/grub? nar, they'll spend 4 or 5 years blaming the last government!
yep....the women do it! bitches whinge about owt, they get a good lay, get umpteen weeks/years off work and blame us blokes who gotta work every hour god sends...apart from the 2x5 on a fri/sat! jeez, no wonder maggie fecked us up!
1. No ID Cards 2. Locally Elected Police Authorities, to which the local Chief Constable is directly accountable, rather than to Central Govt. 3. A Commitment to increasing the prison capacity drastically, rather than chucking criminals on the street 'cos there is no room in prison for them, whilst pretending that community sentences are tough whilst at the same time treating normal hard working people like criminals becuase they put their bin out before 7.30 errrr, other than that, not too much different about them. But, in general terms, I would expect a tory govt to gradually scale down the humungous size of the public sector over time, to a size that is more appropriate, reversing Gordon's wish to see the whole country working for the state. I would expect a tory govt to put a stop to the ever increasing interference of the state in everyday life experienced under the Labout party at present. The Labour mantra is about fat government - i.e. they will control us rather than represent us. I would expect that, over time, the Tories would stop the ever increasing demand for more tax to throw around at will. However, this would not happen immediately - they have stated as such - they could not pull the funding plug on services overnight. There is so much wrong with the way the country is governed under this Labour government that I can't see anyone seriously wanting another 5 years of it. I can't believe I wished that Tony Blair was still in charge - GB has lost the plot. We will end up tipping up our entire salary to the govt and receiving food vouchers in return. Or perhaps it just feels that way. And when my mate reads this I fully expect the 'Thatcher's Child' jibes - go for it
Police reform i.e. no more targets and police bosses elected by local community Lower taxes and smaller state (eventually) No ID cards, no recording of people's e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. No "community wardens" to report their neighbours to the council and police if they suspect them of pretty much anything. Fewer CCTV cameras. Parents unhappy with their local schools will be able to set up their own independent schools free from local authority control but these will still be funded by the state. Less paperwork for teachers. More prisons, better sentencing i.e. no more waste of time "community rehabilitation orders" More chance of referenda on EU issues No more political correctness B*ll*cks Tighter immigration controls Restoration of married couples tax allowance People won't be able to spend their life on the dole - turn down 3 jobs and you lose your benefit, which everyone else is paying for through taxation. 5 more years of Labour? No thanks!
Can anybody name a good Labour one? been a Labour voter all my life (apart from the odd abstention) but I'm sick to bloody death of them now,all they seem interested in is how to take the hard earned taxes they rob off me at every fecking bend and twist and hand it over to the workshy Barstewards who have no interest in even finding a job because they know if they get one it will stop the gravy train.
I'd just sat down to post that I don't think either of them know what to do at the moment
It's all about juggling the tax revenue and making sure they're increaing the income of UK plc. Empire builders the lot of them, look how big my department is

Renaming the unemployed as disabled, employing 800K extra civil servants etc. and then claiming unemployment was down.
Sorry Xerxes Sorry also forgot the other one which was to take everything that makes life more expensive out of any equation that they use to calculate the cost of living thereby ensuring lowering inflation in their little world.
Working families tax credit!!! They've just admitted that last year they over paid £2 billion because of miscalculations. It's so bleeding complicated that nobody understands it, even those that pay it out.
They could have avoided the 10p tax issues and had the same sort of effect of giving the less well off more money by increasing the tasx free theshold for everyone and then putting the 40% rate up a penny or so to offset the benefit they give to the better off. Much easier to administrate AND understand.
Family Tax Credits create more work for civil servants though, so bigger government
